We offer a 30-day Refund Policy. If you’re not satisfied with your Map, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist with a return or exchange. Note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned package, we’ll notify you of the state of your refund. The refunds will be processed within a maximum time of 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

We are responsible for return shipping costs. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Installing a 3D wooden map can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the map size, wall surface. A step-by-step guide is included in the Package to help with the installation Process

• Remove Slowly if Repositioning: If a piece needs repositioning, peel it off slowly to avoid damaging the wall or the adhesive.
